Our Legacy
1994: Solomon College was formed as a tutoring centre for TOEFL, ESL Preparation, High School and University students.
1996: Solomon College was accredited by Alberta Education to offer high school matriculation core subjects
2005: Solomon College was approved to deliver provincially-funded ESL programs from CLB 4-8.
2006: Solomon College began offering a 2 year Hospitality Management Diploma Program.
2008: Solomon College received federal funding to deliver part-time Saturday LINC classes for CLB 4-6.
2016: Solomon College received federal funding to deliver full-time weekday LINC classes for CLB 1-5.
2018: Solomon College developed the only Aviation Management and Pilot Training Diploma Program in Edmonton
2018: Solomon College received federal funding to deliver an employment focused program called Connections To Employment from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
2019: Solomon College was approved to deliver the Food Service Supervisor Preparation Program from the department of Advanced Education in Alberta.
2020: Solomon College was approved to deliver the Key Workplace Essential Skills Training (KWEST) Program funded by Alberta Labour.
2023: Solomon College was approved to deliver the Childcare Worker Program funded by Alberta Immigration, and Multiculturalism.
